The Prague's main malls

You may wonder why go to a mall in Prague while it has a huge shopping area downtown. Merely because you will save time, first you won’t meet a mass of tourists and then you have all kind of shops in the same place. In addition, you will do shopping in a pleasant environment with fountains, restaurants, cafes and that offer you lots of services and entertainments.
Very often, you will find in malls the same shops such as Bata, Kenvelo, Eiffel Optic, at least one flower shop, a Diva or Jasmine perfumery and a lekarna (pharmacy).

Shopping Mall Black Rouse (Cerna Ruze)
This modern shopping mall which has three floors contains cafes, restaurants and shops such as Adidas, Bang & Olufsen, Daniel Hecter, Dolce & Gabbana and Mambo. It is located just in the city center, it is very closed to Wenceslas Square. The best access is from Na Prikope 12 or from Panska 4.

Shopping Mall New Angel (Novy Smichov/Andel)
This new, spacious and airy shopping mall is the biggest one in the city centre. It lodges almost all kind of stores, from a store which sells tooth care tools to H&M. There are also some cafes, restaurants and bars, a Carrefour hyper market, a gym and even a multiplex cinema. For those who are only companions and who are bored they can entertain in the biggest amusement arcade or participate to temporary events such as rock climbing or mechanical bull riding or watch fashion shows and performances by Czech pop stars. Be aware that during these big events, the mall often provides a day-care center and play area for youngsters.
For those who have a car, there is a huge parking in the basement.

Tram: A number of trams leaving from various locations around Prague also go there, take them to the "Andel" stop.

Shopping Mall Vinohrady Pavilion (Vinohradsky Pavilon)
This mall, located in the historic Vinohrady Market Hall from 1902 has opened some years ago. It is a bit less popular than the others because it is smaller and most of the shops sell luxury goods.
The pavilion is located on the corner Vinohradska and Budecska, 10 minutes walking distance from Wenceslas Square.

Open: Mon. - Sat. 9:30 a.m. - 9 p.m., Sun. 12 noon - 8 p.m.

Shopping Mall Myslbek
Despite its small size this mall is one of the most well-equipped in Prague, with a full range of shops such as Marks and Spencer, Malboro Classics, Kookai, Calvin Klein, Gant USA  but also stores which sell while every electronics items, baby goods and so on…
It is located in a modern building just in the opposite of Cerna Ruze shopping mall. It is accessible from street Na Prikope or from the square Uhelny Trh.
